Terms and Conditions

Rental Period The rental period begins when the Equipment is picked up or delivered and ends when the Equipment is returned to the Owner. If the Equipment is not returned by the agreed-upon time, a late fee equal to one full day's rental rate will be charged.

2. Damage and Loss The Renter agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear accepted. The Renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement if the Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.

3. Cleaning Equipment must be returned reasonably clean. A cleaning fee of $25.00 may be charged for Equipment returned with excessive mud, debris, or chemical residue.

4. Liability The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the Equipment. The Owner (The Loop Rentals LLC) is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the operation of this Equipment.

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of booking. For long-term leases, payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Step 3: Put it in the Footer (Important)

You don't want this page taking up space in your main top menu, but you need it to be visible.

1. Hover your mouse at the very bottom of your website screen until a button appears that says Add Footer (or "Edit Footer"). Click it.

2. A text box will appear at the bottom.

3. Type: Terms & Conditions.

4. Highlight that text.

5. Click the Link icon (🔗).

6. Select the Terms & Conditions page you just made.

7. Click Apply.

Now, customers can find your rules at the bottom of every page.
